After you complete your purchase, your recipient will be emailed a redeemable code and instructions on how to activate their account (along with an optional gift message from you!).
Our Activity Kits can only be shipped within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), but you can give a HOMER gift subscription to international recipients anywhere in the world. If you’ll be traveling abroad for the holidays, you can also opt to send Activity Kits to yourself and deliver them to international recipients in person.
No. Gift subscriptions are one-time, non-recurring purchases that do not renew. Recipients can choose to purchase a new plan when their gift subscriptions expire.
Not to worry! We will apply your gift in the form of a credit on their account.
You can expect to receive your kits within 5-10 business days after your purchase. During the holiday season, shipping delays may occur, so plan for anywhere between 5 and 16 days to be safe. We will send shipping updates as soon as they’re available, either to you or your recipient, depending on where you’re sending the kits.
Unfortunately, we do not currently have gift wrapping options, but you can always have the Activity Kits sent to your own address if you’re gifting locally.
If your kit arrives damaged or defective for any reason, we’ll be happy to ship you a new one at no extra cost! Otherwise, all Activity Kits are final sale; once you’ve made a purchase, we will not be able to issue any refunds.
